Pro Touch Beauty – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, purchasing products, vouchers, or enrolling on a training course with Pro Touch Beauty, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Fees & Deposits
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. Until payment is made, appointment slots may remain available for other clients.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Where the full treatment cost is paid in advance, the payment will be treated as a non-refundable booking fee and confirmation of your appointment.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are suitable for the treatment and have read all relevant treatment information before booking.
2. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where sufficient notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment date.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
No-shows, missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the full treatment cost becoming payable if the appointment cannot be filled.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled via:

The booking link provided in your confirmation email
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid disruption to other appointments.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and retain the booking fee.
Where possible, we will accommodate late arrivals, however this cannot be guaranteed.
4. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

You have reviewed any treatment requirements and contraindications.

The information you provide regarding your medical history is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue treatment where:

A treatment is deemed unsuitable.

Medical concerns are identified.
-
A client fails to disclose relevant medical information.
-
We believe treatment is not in the client's best interests.
Where necessary, a doctor's note, written medical clearance, or additional information may be requested before treatment can proceed.
5. Patch Testing
Certain treatments may require a patch test.
Where a patch test is required, it must be completed within the timeframe specified by Pro Touch Beauty.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the appointment being postponed or cancelled.
6. Treatment Results
While we always aim to achieve the best possible outcome, individual results vary from person to person.
Results may be affected by factors including:

Skin type

Lifestyle
-
Medical conditions
-
Medications
-
Healing response
-
Compliance with aftercare instructions
As a result, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed and refunds will not be provided where results differ from expectations.
7. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to dispatch physical product orders on the same day where orders are placed before 12:00 PM.
Delivery usually takes between 1–5 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

Courier delays

Weather conditions
-
Transport disruptions
-
Other unforeseen circumstances
Once goods have left our premises they are under the responsibility of the delivery provider.
We will assist with tracking enquiries where possible but accept no liability for delayed or lost parcels.
8. Returns Policy
Returns apply only to physical products and do not apply to:

Booking fees
-
Gift vouchers
-
Training courses
-
Services already provided
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@protouchbeauty.com within the cancellation period.
Once notification has been received, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products must be:

Unused
-
Unopened
-
In their original packaging
-
In a resaleable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
9. Vouchers
Gift vouchers:

Are non-refundable.
-
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Are non-transferable.
-
Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
-
Can only be redeemed against Pro Touch Beauty treatments.
-
Cannot be used for subcontracted services unless otherwise stated.
Voucher holders remain subject to all cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
10. Training Courses
All training courses require a non-refundable booking fee.
A minimum of 14 days' notice is required to reschedule a course date.
Requests made with less than 14 days' notice may result in the loss of fees paid and a new booking fee being required.
The remaining course balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the practical training date.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your place and the loss of any booking fee paid.
All course fees, booking fees, balances, and training payments are non-refundable.
If circumstances outside our control prevent a course from taking place, payments will be transferred to a rescheduled course date.
All courses are accredited by ABT.
Students are responsible for ensuring they meet any course prerequisites before booking.
11. Health & Safety
For the comfort and safety of all clients:

No children are permitted in treatment rooms.

No additional guests may accompany clients unless agreed in advance.
-
Clients must be aged 18 years or over for all treatments.
-
Proof of age may be requested.
-
Food and drink are not permitted in treatment areas.
-
Mobile phones should be placed on silent during treatments.
-
Clients who are unwell should reschedule their appointment.
The salon contains equipment, tools, and products that may present hazards to children and unauthorised visitors.
Failure to comply with health and safety requirements may result in treatment being refused.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided for:

Booking fees

Deposits
-
Gift vouchers
-
Training courses
-
Course balances
-
Pre-paid treatments
-
Completed salon services
If you have concerns regarding a treatment, you must notify us within 3 days of your appointment.
Concerns relating to services carried out by subcontractors must be addressed directly with the subcontractor.
We are committed to client satisfaction and will review concerns fairly; however, refunds will not be issued solely because results do not meet personal expectations.
13. Medical Hair Loss Complimentary & Discounted Treatments
Pro Touch Beauty is proud to offer complimentary and discounted permanent makeup treatments to eligible clients experiencing medical hair loss.
Eligibility
Clients may qualify where hair loss is caused by:

Alopecia
-
Chemotherapy treatment
-
Other medically diagnosed conditions affecting hair growth
Proof of diagnosis or treatment may be required.
Complimentary Spaces
Two complimentary treatment spaces are available each month, subject to availability.
Eligible clients may join a waiting list or choose a discounted treatment option for earlier availability.
Treatment Commitment
Complimentary and discounted treatments include the initial session only.
A top-up appointment is required between 4–12 weeks after treatment and is charged at the standard top-up fee of £50.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to attend an appointment without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the complimentary or discounted treatment offer.
One-Time Offer
Complimentary treatment offers are limited to one treatment per client.
Future treatments may be available at discounted rates, subject to availability.
Pre-Care & Aftercare
Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided.
Failure to follow these instructions may affect results and future eligibility.
14. Limitation of Liability
Pro Touch Beauty accepts no responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

-
Products
-
Training courses
-
Website usage
-
Appointment cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
15. Amendments to These Terms
Pro Touch Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website and booking platforms.
Terms in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
