Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required upon booking to secure your appointment. Payment must be made at the time of booking; otherwise, your appointment will remain available for other clients.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. If the full treatment price is paid in advance (via cash, card, PayPal, bank transfer, or voucher), this will also be treated as a non-refundable booking fee. Once paid, it is the customer's responsibility to attend their scheduled appointment.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If sufficient notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date and time.
Please ensure you have read the requirements for your treatment and confirmed your suitability before booking, as booking fees are non-refundable once paid.

Delivery and returns
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if purchased before 12 PM. Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Once items have left our premises, they are under the responsibility of the courier.
We will assist with tracking orders, but Pro Touch Beauty accepts no liability for delivery delays or lost parcels.

Return Policy
- Returns apply only to physical products not to vouchers or booking fees.
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
- You must notify us of your intention to cancel via email at info@protouchbeauty.com.
- Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Used products or those with broken seals will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Vouchers
- Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months only.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- Vouchers are valid for Pro Touch Beauty treatments only and not for sub-contracted services.

Rescheduling and cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. You can contact us via:
- Facebook Page
- Phone (including out of hours messages)
- Cancel your appointment on the booking link in the email
If adequate notice is given, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in being charged the full cost of the treatment if the appointment can't be filled.
All booking fees and vouchers are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Training courses
- All training courses require a non-refundable booking fee.
- A minimum of 7 days' notice is required to reschedule a course date.
- The remaining balance is due on the first day of the course via bank transfer, payments of credit card and cash are accepted.
- If any restrictions prevent courses from running, fees will be transferred to a rescheduled date.
- All courses are non-refundable and accredited by ABT.

Health and Safety
Please do not bring additional guests or children to the salon unless specifically arranged in advance.

Children are not allowed in treatment rooms for safety and insurance reasons. The salon environment contains equipment, tools, and products that may pose a hazard to children.

Over 18s only for all treatments. Proof of age may be requested if necessary.

Clients are kindly asked to arrive alone for their appointments to ensure a calm and focused treatment environment.

For health and hygiene reasons, food and drinks are not permitted in treatment areas.

Complimentary and discounted treatments include the initial session only. A top-up appointment (4-12 weeks after the initial session) is required and will be charged the standard top-up fee of £50.
