If a NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required upon booking, the payment must be made when booking the appointment, to ensure the booking is secured. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the appointment will be available and it will be open to another customer to book.
The booking fee is accounted towards your treatment price. If the treatment is paid in full before the treatment date (by cash, card, PayPal, bank transfer or voucher) the payment is treated as a booking fee and is also NON-REFUNDABLE. Once paid it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they attend the appointment.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the required notice period is given, your booking fee is transferrable only to your new appointment date and time.
Please ensure you have read the requirements for booking an appointment and ensure you are suitable for treatment before booking as booking fees are non-refundable once paid.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to post goods on the same day they are purchased if before 2 pm. Please allow 1 - 5 working days for delivery.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Delivery will be undertaken by independent shipping companies. Goods which have left our premises are under the control of the independent shipping company. We may assist with tracking orders but you must be aware there may be delays due to weather, transportation issues and any other force major events and Pro Touch Beauty will not accept any liability in these instances.
Returns only applicable to products purchased - not vouchers or booking fees. Please note there may be some disruption to delivery service at this unprecedented time. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.
Items can only be returned in unopened unused packaging. If an item is found to be opened, broken seal or the products has been used we will refuse a refund. You must cover the cost of delivery charges to return unwanted goods.
COVID-19 SALON POLICIES:
- If you have been abroad in the last 14 days, if you are ill, have any symptoms of COVID-19, or if you or anyone you have been in contact with has COVID-19 or are waiting test results please CANCEL your appointment.
- Your temperature will be taken before you enter the salon and staff will be monitored daily.
- Please wear a face mask or face covering to your appointment. (Available to purchase if needed)
- If needed please use the upstairs toilet before you enter the salon (the code is - 881881#)
- Please come on time to your appointment and wait outside until the therapist is ready to see you.
- Please bring minimal items into the salon with you.
- Please come alone to your appointment - strictly no children allowed.
- Please wash your hands on arrival to your appointment.
- No food or drink allowed in the salon. (Disposable cups and water provided).
- Please pay by card, bank transfer or carry the correct amount of cash to your appointment.
- As highlighted above all booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are put into lockdown all booking fees will be transferred to the new appointment date. Appointments are to be rescheduled.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you do not adhere to our guidelines.
We hope these measures will only be temporary but we thank you for complying to our new policies and look forward to seeing you soon.
TERMS OF TREATMENT
Once you have booked in and paid the booking fee for any treatment, we consider that you have ensured you are suitable for treatment and have read our terms and conditions, as once paid the booking fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any treatment. We reserve the right to ask for a doctors note if it is necessary for insurance purposes and to benefit your own health and safety which is at our best interest.
For any questions or help to ensure you are suitable for treatment please contact us and we can advise you before placing a booking as we would like to highlight once paid the booking fee is non-refundable.
VOUCHERS are non-refundable and valid for 12 months ONLY. Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. ONLY VALID FOR PRO TOUCH BEAUTY TREATMENTS not sub-contractors who are self-employed.
If you have booked a treatment and will be using your voucher as payment please refer to our cancellation policies.
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment we need at least 48 hours notice. This can be done via our Facebook page, email or by contacting us via our telephone number - even out of hours. If notice is given then we can reschedule your appointment and you will avoid the cancellation charge. No shows and cancellations on the day incur the full cost of treatment.
Booking fees and vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE and are the customer's responsibility once paid. Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid losing the booking fee.
ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Please be aware all courses booked require a non-refundable booking fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule a course date we need 7 days notice, otherwise the booking fee is lost. The remaining balance is due on the first day of the course by bank transfer only, the same way the booking fee has been paid.
Due to unforeseen circumstances if we cannot work due to government guidelines, all booking fees will be made transferable to new dates and courses will be re-booked for when we can open and work safely again.
Please ensure you are happy with our terms before booking a training course.
All training courses are accredited by ABT and are non-refundable.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or children into the salon - children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms as it can be a hazardous environment and the salon is not insured for supervising children. We ask this for your children's own health and safety and other clients benefit and safety. Many clients come to relax and we want you to also relax and enjoy your treatment.
Due to the recent pandemic all clients must wash their hands upon arrival to the salon, be provided with a covid-19 questionaire form and attend their appointment wearing a face mask or covering. Face masks will be available when you enter the salon if you do not have one.
Please do not bring additional items with you to your appointment like shopping bags etc and retain from using your phone in the salon. This is to keep the salon within a clean environment.
OVER 18'S ONLY for all treatments
Food and drink is not allowed in the salon as we always like to keep a sterile environment - we provide chilled water.
We do not offer refunds on vouchers, booking fees, training or pre-paid treatments or salon services. Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within three days of your service at Pro Touch Beauty. Sub-contractors at pro touch beauty need to be contacted directly. We cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
