EDUCATOR
Emily is the founder of Pro Touch Beauty and the lead trainer at our Training Academy. With over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry and 12 years as a salon owner, she brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and real-world insight to every training course.
Emily is fully licensed and insured and is an ABT-accredited trainer, ensuring all training is delivered to recognised industry standards with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and best practice.
She has specialised in permanent make-up since 2014, continuously refining her expertise by training with more than ten leading artists across the UK and Europe. Her commitment to ongoing education allows her to stay current with techniques, trends, and industry developments.
Emily has completed advanced masterclasses in a wide range of brow techniques, including Microblading, Ombre, Combination Brows, and realistic hairstroke brows. This depth of training enables her to teach with confidence and adapt her approach to suit each student’s learning style.
As the owner of an award-winning salon in Eastbourne, Emily has built a loyal and established client base. Her hands-on experience includes performing thousands of permanent make-up treatments, giving students the reassurance that they are learning from someone who truly understands both the artistry and the realities of working with clients.
Emily’s work has been widely recognised within the industry. She achieved 1st place Semi-Permanent Beauty Specialist of the Year in Sussex for three consecutive years (2021–2023). Pro Touch Beauty was also awarded Salon & Training Academy of the Year 2023/24 at the South of England Prestige Awards. In 2026, the salon proudly received the Judges’ Pick for Best Beauty Salon in Eastbourne, further reflecting its reputation for quality and care.
PRO TOUCH BEAUTY has also been named a Next Generation Leader at the Eastbourne Business Awards 2023 and was voted among the Top 10 Semi-Permanent Make-Up Artists in the UK, with Pro Touch Beauty recognised as one of the Top 10 Best for Brows.
